Your software list at http://machamradio.com/software_list/ includes an out-of-date link for “Mac OS X software for Slow Scan TV (SSTV), Narrow Band TV (NBTV) and weather satellites”. As you’ve noted elsewhere on the site, KD6CJI’s software archive is now at https://public.me.com/kd6cji

    Hi All,
If you have not been able to get WSJT to run on your intel based MAC, I compiled it into an application so I can move it to a new MAC easier. It may work for you also. As long as you are running on Intel. Try it and please let me know.

I’m not a HAM, but I’m a wanna-be! I’ve got an old WinRadio card but no PC since jumping to Mac years ago.

Anyway, I’ve downloaded the few decoders from the App store and scoured the net looking for libraries of long-run audio samples of HF fax, SSTV, ACARS, etc. Then a lightbulb went off in my head; wouldn’t it be awesome if there were HAM radio streams in the iTunes radio stations, segregated by transmission type/modes? A Martin M1 SSTV channel, a HF weather fax channel, etc.

I’ve been using a Yaesu 1000MP with a serial port to my (old) MacBook. It worked CAT just fine, but I just sold the radio and am not using my Yaesu 857D. The problem now is that I can’t connect the 857 to the MacBook USB. Any suggestions? The CT-62 is the Yaesu suggestion, but it is a serial port at the computer end.

I decided to take a look at a number of applications listed on this site in this arena. Unfortunately quite a few led me to pages or sites that were not there. A bit disappointing and possibly just a glitch but 3 out of 5 were shown as page not available.

I make no apologies to Mac intel users but some of us still use powerPCs so it would appreciated if a full library list or links to powerPC software was made available.
